We are a network of agencies who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We help our clients remain safe and comfortable with dignity, in their own homes or provide safe, home environments. The ability to maintain a level of independence, stay in familiar surroundings and engage socially within one’s community promotes physical and mental health and well-being.

At Brightway, we are dedicated to providing the right care – at the right time – in the safest environment possible. Each person we support receives individualized care tailored to their unique needs and abilities. Our care management tools and programs keep the individuals we serve safe, enhance independence, improve quality outcomes and lower health care costs.

Caregiving requires a special combination of skills. We only recruit the best caregivers – and each Brightway caregiver receives position-specific training. This ensures that our caregivers are prepared for their roles, understand available support and monitor and coach others. Our quality standards for core behaviors are called STARS. STARS standards center on safety, trust, attitude, respect and skilled training to create a culture of care, quality and safety.
